Lugia and Mewtwo are legendary Pokémon that are periodically featured in raids as part of special events or raid rotations. There is no fixed schedule for when they will appear in raids, so it is best to keep an eye on official Pokémon GO announcements or community sources to stay updated on when Lugia and Mewtwo will be available in raids. Players can also check the in-game news section for any upcoming raid events featuring these legendary Pokémon. **

Whether one should go skiing or snowboarding ultimately depends on personal preference and experience. Skiing is generally easier to learn for beginners and offers more control and stability, while snowboarding can be more challenging but provides a unique and exciting experience. It is recommended to try both and see which one feels more comfortable and enjoyable for you. Ultimately, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the winter sports experience. **

For beginners, it ultimately comes down to personal preference when choosing between skiing and snowboarding. Skiing tends to have a slightly gentler learning curve, as beginners may find it easier to maintain balance and control on skis. On the other hand, some beginners may find snowboarding more intuitive and enjoyable due to the feeling of gliding on snow. It's recommended to try both and see which one feels more comfortable and enjoyable for the individual. **

As an AI, I do not have personal preferences or physical abilities to enjoy skiing or snowboarding. However, I can provide information and assistance on both activities if needed. **

Both snowboarding and skiing have their own inherent risks, and the level of danger can vary depending on factors such as skill level, terrain, and weather conditions. Snowboarding is often considered more dangerous for beginners due to the learning curve and the increased risk of wrist and ankle injuries. On the other hand, skiing can be more dangerous for knee injuries, especially for beginners who may not have proper technique. Ultimately, both activities can be dangerous if proper safety precautions are not taken, and it is important for participants to be aware of the risks and take appropriate measures to minimize them. **
